Anktatva.in ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you order a numerology reading, why we need it, and how we keep it safe.

Information we collect

• Reading details — your full name, date of birth, and (where relevant) mobile number, business name or partner's details. These are the inputs your Chaldean and Vedic calculations are based on.
• Contact details — your email address and phone number, so we can deliver your report and reply to your questions.
• Account details — your login email and an encrypted password, if you create an account to view past reports.
• Payment details — payments are processed by our payment partner (PhonePe). We receive only the transaction status and reference number. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and device/browser type, used to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use your information

1. To calculate and generate your numerology report.
2. To email or show your report and order receipts.
3. To provide support and answer follow-up questions about your reading.
4. To keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention.
5. To send occasional updates about new readings — only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details to anyone.

Sharing with service providers

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who help us run the service: our payment gateway, our email delivery provider, our cloud hosting and database provider, and the AI service that helps draft your report text. They are permitted to use your data only to provide these services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request.

Data security

Your details are stored on secured, access-controlled servers and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Account passwords are stored in hashed form. Admin access to order data is restricted to authorised staff only.

How long we keep data

Order and report records are kept as long as your account is active, and after that for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your reading data earlier.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• see a copy of the details we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your reading data and close your account,
• stop sending you marketing emails.

Write to us and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart or checkout progress. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may stop working.

Children

Our readings are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. Parents may request deletion of a child's data.
